Support
Drinkist is built by one person, and support goes straight to them. There is no ticket queue and no bot — email [email protected] and you will normally get a reply within one business day, in English.
What to include
Four details turn a vague report into a quick fix:
- The Drinkist version number, from the app’s settings screen;
- Your device and OS — for example, “iPhone 15 on iOS 18” or “Pixel 8 on Android 15”;
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead;
- The steps that trigger it — plus a screenshot or short screen recording if you can.
Premium, billing and refunds
Drinkist Premium is billed and managed by Apple and Google, not inside the app, so subscriptions are changed and cancelled on their side.
- iPhone or iPad — App Store account settings → Subscriptions → Drinkist;
- Android — Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Drinkist;
- Refunds are handled by the store you bought from: reportaproblem.apple.com on iOS, Play Store order history on Android;
- If you were charged and Premium did not unlock, email us the store receipt and we will sort it out.
Deleting your data
Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my data” and say what you want removed. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what goes and the little we are required to keep.
If you took the Palate DNA quiz on this site and gave your email, that address and your archetype are the only things stored here — the same request removes them.
When the AI gets it wrong
Identify reads a bottle label and fills in what it can; Smart Pick reads a photographed menu and ranks it against the drinks you have rated. Both are AI, and both are occasionally wrong — every field they produce stays editable, so nothing is stuck. A bad result is still worth sending in, with the photo that caused it, because that is what the models get tuned against.
Bugs and feature ideas
Both go to the same inbox and both get read. Concrete examples of what you were trying to do are the most useful thing you can send — a lot of what ships started as a user email.
